Job Description:

  • Tech Mahindra is Hiring For International Non-Voice Process Email and Chat Support – in Chennai.
  • Job Role: Associate.
  • Nature of Job: Resolving the queries of customers via chat and mail.
  • A two-way cab will be provided for all shifts (pickup & Drop)
  • 5 days working 2 days off.
  • Work Location: Sholinganallur, Chennai (Work From Office).
  • Fresher Salary – CTC 2.5 LPA | Experienced Salary – CTC 5 LPA.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Any Arts and Science Engineering Graduates can apply.
  • Should have excellent English communication verbal and written.
  • Should have basic knowledge about ISP, Smartphones, laptops, Telecom, Networking, Troubleshooting, and Customer Support.
  • Should know how to handle the customers and resolve their issues.
  • Should have a typing speed of min 30wpm with 90% accuracy.
  • Should be flexible with rotational shifts.
