Job Responsibilities:

  • Ability to understand the issue and route it to the appropriate team.
  • Ticket Creation/Categorization/Prioritization.
  • Incident resolution and recovery.
  • Ensure meeting daily KPIs.
  • Receiving and making end-user calls.
  • Provide first-level resolutions.
