Job Description:

  • HCL Technologies is hiring freshers for Graduate Trainee – Finance (ERS).

Eligibility Criteria:

  • B.COM in Accounts and Finance/ Operations management.
  • Batch 2023.
  • 60% and above throughout the academic 10th, 12th, and UG.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • To be part of the L3 Level business unit Operations group.
  • Revenue forecasting (RFS), Monthly Billing closure (BRQ), Invoice and opportunity tracking, and UBR/UAR Tracking until closure.
  • PDD/BD tracking and support cross-function team to address invoice reconciliation as per business requirements.
  • Billable/Nonbailable expense tracking.
  • Support project procurement.
  • Support in L3 Finance reports and interaction with Finance & Delivery team for resolution.
  • MSA/SOW/PO tracking.
  • Manage customer-related reports and processes.

Desired Skills:

  • Ability to perform in highly demanding environments.
  • Need Profit and Loss good understanding, Finance books insights, Business environment, and Profit growth factors for business case analysis.
  • Need to adjust for timings of stakeholders in various GEO.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS applications will be preferred.
  • Good Verbal & Written communication is mandatory as the selected candidate will be interacting with senior-level management.
  • The understanding business impact of operational parameters from Finance data is necessary.
  • Additional preferences shall be given to those candidates who have some Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, and Data Visualization.
