  • Cognizant Freshers openings For Chennai – BCom/Night Shifts.
  • Shift Timings: 6:30 PM – 4:30 AM IST.
  • Nature of Support (Voice/Non-Voice): Voice.
  • Time & Labor exceptions.
  • Payroll processing, Gross to net validation.
  • Tax setup, validation, and reconciliation.
  • Garnishment processing and validation.
  • Respond to payroll inquiries (Calls and Emails).
  • GL reconciliation, journal entry preparation, and posting.
  • Recognize a Non-standard situation and alert the Team Manager.
  • Evolve a solution in consultation with the reporting officers.
  • Support team by providing solutions in complex situations.
  • Manage Team queries in a scientific and systematic manner SOPS, FAQs, system, etc.
  • Quality Control and Quality Audits for team performance.
  • To own and maintain changes to relevant Process Documentation, Training, and Certification Modules.
  • Demonstrate an ability to train associates in the Domain. Train new joiners & administering certification.
  • Ability to interact with clients.
  • Work on higher complexity areas and perform additional responsibilities such as reporting of MIS, and query management.
  • Responsible for a team of SPE and SMEs.
  • Adhering to Client SLA and KPIs.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Mandatory Skills: Good communication skills and flexibility for the night shift, Commerce background is a must.
  • Freshers BCom Graduates.
  • Notice Period: Immediate.
