The Adobe Customer Experience Maker Intern Program is a 10-week comprehensive program where students will gain hands-on experience and real work-life skills while having fun and contributing to a global company. As an intern, you will be challenged with completing projects that will enhance your profile as well as contribute to the department’s goals and objectives. The internship program would cover the following areas in the Adobe Experience Cloud domain:

  • Customer Experience Journey/Onboarding.
  • Knowledge Management.
  • Innovation, Strategy & Operations.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Current students pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree graduating in 2023.
  • Evidence of strong academics, cumulative GPA of 7.0 or above.
  • Innovative thinking and thoughtful risk-taking.
  • Ability to partner across the organization.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Understands the overall concept of the company, including the brand, customer, product goals, and all other aspects of service.
  • Rotates through our divisions of responsibility and provides ideas to grow and improve the business.
  • Accepts designated, business-focus projects to research, propose ideas and solutions, and present the final project during the internship.
  • Provide suggestions to management for improving customer service and internal processes.
  • Learns and becomes proficient in internal software systems.
  • Weekly work hours 40 hours.
  • A dedicated mentor to oversee the project's progress.
  • Engages with customers during the post-sales cycle.
  • Acts as a customer advocate ensuring all customers’ voices are heard.
  • Understand the real-world impact that issues and defects have on customers.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their business and how best to assist them in using Adobe Experience Cloud Solutions.
  • Ensure to interpret of business strategy and determine innovative solutions supporting strategy implementation.
  • Design and model solutions for customer innovation and experience along with similar initiative variants.
  • Perform with innovation development groups to conduct insights as well as design outputs to their work.
  • Design, research, develop, analyze, and suggest new Knowledge management concepts as well as strategies.
  • Lead and direct different cross-functional programs and projects of varied sizes and types concurrently.
  • Contribute and influence the strategic direction of senior leadership using informal and formal communication.
